Suzhou SLAC ishappy to announce that Chris McKenzie has been appointed and has joined the companyas Board Director & Chief Marketing Officer, with immediate effect. 

Chris is awell-known and respected figure in the metal packaging industry having heldsenior management roles spanning three decades, most recently at Carnaud MetalBox Engineering and latterly Stolle Machinery LLC, where he was SeniorDirector, Sales. In 2009 Chris and his wife, Karen, set up their own companyTolag Pty Ltd to provide expert consultancy as well as speciality lubricantsand washer materials for DWI lines.

Chris lives inBrisbane, Australia and will continue to travel extensively in his newworldwide position at SLAC, responsible for the expansion globally of the SLACtheatre of operations.

Suzhou SLACPrecision Equipment is based in Suzhou, in China’s Jiangsu province, not farfrom Shanghai. SLAC provides a range of high-speed equipment for the metalpackaging industry, including complete easy open end lines, cuppers, bodymakersand neckers for DWI lines, turnkey DWI lines, and DRD sheet-fed presses. SLACis listed on the Shenzhen stock exchange and had sales revenues ofapproximately 50 million US dollars in 2015.
